Free Backlink Generator – Experiment Update
Following on from yesterdays post, I have exciting news to report.
As mentioned in the previous post, the purpose of this experiment is two fold.
- To test the Free backlink generator
- To promote my new ebook “Effective Keyword Research for Newbies on a Budget“
In just over 24 hours, I am happy to report that the page I am promoting is on pages 1 & 2 of google for 3 of my 5 keywords.
- Effective Keyword Research – google page 1 position 4 of 5,310,000
- Keyword Research ebook – google page 2 position 18 of 207,000
- Keyword Research for Newbies – google page 1 position 1 of 44,100
My remaining 2 keywords are very competitive and I expect it to take some time to see the desired results for these.
Although it has only been 24 hours or so, these results are more than encouraging especially as the only promotion has been with my blog and forum posts and of course the free backlink generator.
Although not yet conclusive, I would sincerely recommend anyone to take advantage of the free backlink generator to generate backlinks and visitors to their website.
I will of course post further updates as they become available.

Back-links work! You need them without a doubt and you can get them free with little or no work. Try it yourself – do your own experiment.

However, as you rightly point out, the links at the foot of the articles posted to FTS users blogs are very often totally unrelated to the article topic. In answer to your question – Is this only done with the free service or the paid also?- this happens with both free and paid options. How FTS works: Submit an article within FTS using their article spinner to up to 30 blogs as a free member or 40 as a paid member. As a free member, you can have up to 2 links within the article body and as a paid member up to 3 links. As a free member this equates to 60 backlinks per article or as a paid member 120 backlinks. There are also other backlinks generated with your keywords in tags. If you opt to open one of your blogs up to allow fTS members fo post articles to, you get something like 7% more backlinks. How this works, is that you select a number of keywords/phrases with links to match. It is these keywords you see at the foot of the articles. You also earn additional bonus links by various other methods described within FTS. You do not need to offer a blog to have articles posted to it to be able to take advantage of FTS, but my view is if it get you backlinks for the site you want to drive to page 1 google, then you should. In this case you could open up a blog specifically for the purpose. FTS works period. I have a number of sites on page 1 for my keywords thanks to fts.
